Tangerine Orange Kid's Play Couch

The website doesn't specify foam density in the standards used by all other play couch companies and now I know why. The foam is soft, fine for laying on but not for building with. The zippers to separate the bases are the main reason I took the leap, but they are terrible and my thin base zipper is totally stuck, can't separate them at all. The half moon pillows covers are still wrinkly a year later and they are so small and soft that they are completely useless. I haven't found anything we can actually use them for in a year.

The zipper pulls broke, 1 immediately as it was being taken out of the box; the second when it was grabbed to unzip it. Was so excited for these to give to my grandnephews/niece and hate the quality of the zippers were so poor.

Zipper was broken upon arrival. Reached out to you guys for return via email and messenger and still no response.

The zipper broke the first day and cushions are too floppy to build a fort. Customer service is subpar. I am still waiting for a "zipper replacement" since April 2022.

They keep deleting reviews, but I will keep writing them. It has now been nearly a year, all of my zippers broke almost immediately after I took the couch out of the box. I have been waiting to hear back about getting a replacement cover since March 2022 now nobody is responding to my emails. Whatever you do, please do not ever buy this.
