These never arrived and it took me reaching out twice before I was told they were out of stock. Then they said they would expedite shipping for two replacements in orange. Needless to say it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received the replacements.

I was told my item had been shipped the day after I ordered. However, 12 days later I was then notified that my item was out of stock and would not be available. The process to get a new one has not been smooth.

We received a faulty product in May 2022. Empty promises to replace for months on end. It’s now January and nothing. Have just asked bank to charge back our purchase. Never buy from these thieves.

Do not buy from this company!! I ordered back in May and the zippers were broken, I requested a replacement or refund and they said they would send replacement covers. It has been 6 months, I have contacted them every month and I still haven’t gotten a replacement or refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They were very great at communication before I purchased the couches. Once I purchased them, and had an issue, they suddenly went silent. I purchased two couches. Within a week, the zippers started to malfunction. I contacted the company immediately. It took weeks to hear back. They offered to replace the cushions. Then several more weeks went buy. I received the couches two months ago, and they still haven’t resolved the issue. I had threatened to report them early on. Now I have. If you have the same issue, I encourage you to also report to Better Businesses Bureau.
