Olive Green Kid's Play Couch

I like to pinch pennies when I can and after researching a play couch these had good reviews and were less expensive than other name brands. The zipper came broken and I reached out to customer service within the 2 week required window providing pictures and proof of the broken zipper. They've told me they're going to send me a replacement multiple times and they've yet to show up at my house. It's been almost a year since I purchased the couch. Spend the money on a more expensive brand, this company doesn't seem to stand behind their product.

I was very excited to get my toddler this couch. Initially, no complaints. Cute, comfortable, durable material. However, once I tried to wash it, it’s a completely different story. Half of the zippers don’t unzip whatsoever, so you can’t remove them to wash them. The ones that do unzip then broke after ONE time unzipping them. I should’ve spent the extra money on a more recognized name brand play couch. I won’t be keeping this one.

zipper came off completely within months - total choking hazard

Right off the bat upon purchase out of given this zero stars… I purchased when this went on sale and triple checked that it would still qualify for free shipping in the US and Canada… Made my order and was automatically charged 29.99 for shipping… reached out customer service before purchasing… But didn’t want to miss the sale so went to head and made the purchase… Three weeks later and I still haven’t heard anything back… Fast forward to my item arriving four of the eight zippers are completely unusable… I cannot remove the covers to wash them… This is sitting stacked in our living room while we wait and wait and wait to hear back from customer service even though I’ve reached out on every possible source… Still radio silence… For now two major issues… My baby does enjoy sitting on the soft pillows, as he’s not old enough to do much more than that at this time… But so frustrating that I haven’t heard a word back about returns/what have you… Super super disappointing. I’ve never had such bad customer service from any company! Hoping eventually someone will reach out and make all of these issues right. Still, even on sale… This is a lot of money for couch cushions… I bought for all the reasons that any parent would… The zippers and ability to be washed… Something about their packaging is causing the zippers to be compressed and either completely crushed and broken… Or so twisted to death they do not function the way they should. Some of the cushions also came out of the packing coming in threaded at the zipper points… not a little stray thread… major pulling and unraveling…
I wanted to support “the little guy“ but I’m really wishing I hadn’t.

These people are horrible. Total scam. Looks like they manufactured a horrible product (the zippers) and are trying to get the little bit of money they invested into this garbage. There’s no customer service team. I’ve reached out for over a month and never heard back. Don’t buy!!!! Total scam.
